Behavioral Therapy (DBT). DBT teaches techniques that assist people in managing their
thoughts, emotions, behaviors and relationships more effectively.
Anne is also an EMDRIA approved EMDR therapist. Eye Movement Desensitization and
Reprocessing (EMDR) is a proven and effective treatment used to reduce the negative
effects of past trauma on our daily lives. Trauma effects what we believe and feel about
ourselves, others and the world. EMDR is a tool that can transform these negative effects
into manageable memories and useful information. When our perspectives change, so
